Third Graders take a creek walk at Fenimore Park

on November 3, 2014

The Third Grade visited Fenimore Park to launch their Viking ships they built into the stream.   Each group had an opportunity to spend some time in the creek looking for small animals hiding under the rocks and leaves.  We found lots of water striders, water beetles, caddisfly larva, frogs eggs, small minnows, and crayfish.   What a beautiful afternoon to spend at the park with the third grade.
